2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022 and Sessions Trial Case No. 245 of 2023 dated 18.03.2022 lodged under Sections 201, 120B, 304B and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56319 of 2022 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge. He further submits that more than 6 months have been crossed.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37592 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 for bail and submits that on earlier occasion, Status Report of the present case has been called for.

5. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires to this Court that out of 4 chargesheet witnesses only 1 witness have been examined. As such, let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022 and Sessions Trial Case No. 245 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
