Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.13 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41646 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners has been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.72970 of 2019 dated 05.03.2020 by this Court on the ground that the injuries were grievous in nature and now the petitioners have renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering that no new ground is taken, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners named above on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is hereby rejected in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No.13 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court below and the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
