Memorial School. The administrative approval for the said work had already been given and

Patna High Court CWJC No.9101 of 2024(7) dt.07-02-2025 2/3 the NIT with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,24,22,900/ was floated. In fact, the construction of the entire drain in question has been completed and the resultant debris has also been removed from of the construction site. 1200 meters of PCC road also form part of the NIT, out of which admittedly 900 meters road has been constructed. The road for the stretch of 300 meters could not be completed in time for the reason of the contractor having played truant.

2. Mr. Prasoon Sinha, the learned senior Advocate appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that necessary action shall be taken against the said contractor and the work of construction of 300 meters of PCC road shall be completed positively within a period of four months.

3. With such assurance of Patna Municipal Corporation, we close this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to revive this litigation by filing a two pages affidavit, in case the construction work is not

4. The petition stands disposed off.
