The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Arjun Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
