Heard both parties.

The petitioners seek bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other accused persons committed torture, assault and caused death of the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner no. 1 is cousin brother (Mousera) and petitioner no. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43206 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 is uncle (Mousa) of the husband of deceased and they are living separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners are in custody since 19.04.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioners are cousin brother and uncle of the husband of deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020.
