JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment from Khata No.212, Plot No. 1149, Area 0.21 decimals situated in the village-Nauhatta, P.S. Belaon, District-Kaimur (Bhabua). The Circle Officer, Rampur Block, District-Kaimur is present in the Court and he submits that the illegal encroachment, complaint whereof has been made in the present writ petition, has already been removed.
