The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to be the staff of Sahara India Service Center. In the year 2002-03 he was posted at Vikram and in the year 2005 he was posted at Phulwarisharif. Petitioner in collusion of co-accused Nilam Singh stole the receipts and certificates worth Rs. 23,25,700/- and issued certain receipts worth Rs. 4,93.000/- in the name of Nilam Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the FIR, it is evident that when the petitioner learnt

No.63305 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/3 about missing of the receipts and certificates, immediately lodged the information in Vikram Police Station on 05.02.2003 and to that effect also published the matter in the news paper on 07.05.2003. In fact, said Nilam Singh on the basis of certificates and receipts filed a case in Consumer Forum, Patna and tried to obtain the said amount. He had not issued any certificate to Nilam Singh rather she has manipulated his signature on the same. Moreover, the informant has not suffered the loss as no payment has been made to Nilam Singh. Informant has falsely implicated the petitioner in the false and frivolous case clamming to have family relations with the Nilam Singh. Infact, petitioner has no relation with the Neelam Singh. He has superannuated from service. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down
