JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 The present petition is by way of third attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code inasmuch as the earlier prayers of the petitioner for grant of bail have all stood rejected by this Court.

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that a period of 11⁄2 years is not over, since the last rejection of the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail i.e. since 27.07.2022, hence the petitioner be
