The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

This petitioner has been made accused on the allegation that he alongwith other accused persons fled away from the place of recovery after seeing the police. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
