Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1000 of 2017(3) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application in view of the submission of final form by the police.
He further submits that since a final form has been submitted and on protest no order has been passed and he has no cause of action. If the statement of the petitioners is found true, this Court fails to understand that why no order has been passed on the final form filed in 2017 by the court below. Call for a report from the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial magistrate-II, Danapur as to the stage of case Naubatpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 359 of 2016. This this case on 16th March, 2023 for further hearing.
