2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction, commanding the respondents and to quash the order dated 04.05.2016 passded by Mr. K. P. Ramaiah, Member Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 114 of 2015 whereby the learned member administrative has rejected by observing, the aggrieved party may

Patna High Court CWJC No.17145 of 2016(6) dt.13-01-2026 2/3 agitate his grievances before the competent civil court and affirmed the order dated 27.07.2014 passed by the Additional Collector, Khagaria in Jamabandi Reforms Appeal (Revision) Case no. 08 of 2013 whereby the learned Additional Collector had dismissed the appeal (Revision) and affirmed the order dated 26.07.2012 passed by the learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Khagaria in Jamabandi Reforms Case No. 10 of 2009-10 whereby the learned D.C.L.R. had dismissed the application (Appeal) and dropped the proceeding by affirming the order of the Anchala Adhikari, Khagaria dated 29.05.2012 as 28.03.2013 or any other relief or relefs which the petitioner is entitled to.

(ii) That the petitioner had preferred B.L.T. Case No. 114 of 2014 for setting aside the order dated 27.09.2014 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Khagaria in Jamabandi Reforms Appeal (Revision) Case No. 08 of 2013 whereby the learned Additional Collector had dismissed the aforesaid Appeal (Revision) by
