The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case no. 215 of 2018 registered under Section 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of farsa on his head and shoulder. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the prosecution party has assaulted the informant and his family members and regarding the aforesaid occurrence the mother of the petitioner, namely, Rajpati Devi lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62989 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.213 of 2018 against the prosecution party and in order to save his skin from the said case the informant has lodged this false and frivolous case against the petitioner and others. By filing the injury report of the informant, it is submitted that there is no incised wound on the shoulder of the informant while there is a skin deep incised wound on the head of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 215 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
