The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 919 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van of which this petitioner is said to be the owner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
