Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the Judgment/Award dated 28.06.2024, passed by Sri Suresh Kumar Srivastava, Additional District and Sessions Judge-9th-Cum- Presiding Officer- CumMotor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal,

Patna High Court MA No.368 of 2025(3) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 Saran at Chapra (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), in M.V. Claim Case no. 155 / 2019 'Champa Devi v/s Legal Manager, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited and Ors.' by which compensation has been allowed against the appellant.

3. Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh has prayed for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
