The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No 57 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 332, 337, 427, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was general protest on the road due to the death of motorcycle rider and the local people had collected when the administration came on the spot. It is further submitted that petitioner is one of the members of the crowd and no specific role has been attributed to him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62379 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 the case, and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
