The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2022 in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a), 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 20 litres of country made wine from the Chulai Bhatti situated on the side of canal. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.05.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No. 1, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.
