2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021 dated 18.07.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

3. 182.285 liters of liquor in all is said to have been recovered from the house of Chandradeep Kumar and from a car and a motorcycle parked in front of his house. Aforenoted Chandradeep Kumar is said to have

4. The reason for his not surrendering to the process of law up till now is his lack of knowledge about his implication in this case.

5. Under similar circumstances four other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by two orders passed by a coordinate Bench. The orders have been produced for the inspection of this Court which have been kept on record.

6. Apart from this, it has been stated that in the earlier case lodged against the petitioner under the same offence, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in

No.34524 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 3/3 the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-I, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
