Taking into consideration that in course of investigation, it came to light that the petitioner having committed forgery in cheque withdrew Rs 9/- lakhs from the account and accordingly, defalcated the aforesaid amount, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case no. 148/2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi,/concerned court stands rejected.
However, the concerned court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
