The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Neither cogent material has come during course of the investigation against the petitioner nor T.I.P. has been done as yet. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 12.05.2020.

Case No. 06 of 2020.
