The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from
