2. At the outset, Mr. Rupak Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with and as such he seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition.

3. Mr. Indeshwari Prasad Mandal, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board are present.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
