No.1254/13 on the file of Phulwari Police Station, Begusarai. It is alleged that he committed the murder of his wife and mother-inlaw on the intervening night of 13th and 14th of April, 2013. He was arrested in connection with that case. Bail Petition No.193 of 2014 filed by him in the court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai was dismissed on 29.4.2014. Hence this petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.58 of 2013. (L.
