Office has reported that order dated 18.07.2022 contains some typographical error in the name of Hon'ble Judge on both the places of the said orders i.e. the name of the Hon'ble Judge has been typed/printed as HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA instead of HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY at the top and (Arun Kumar Jha, J) instead of (Alok Kumar Pandey, J) at the bottom, which appears to be a typographical error.

Accordingly, in order dated 18.07.2022 name of Hon'ble Judge be read as HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY in place of HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32000 of 2022(4) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 ARUN KUMAR JHA at the top and (Alok Kumar Pandey, J) in place of (Arun Kumar Jha, J) at the bottom.

In the aforesaid manner, order dated 18.07.2022 stands modified to the extent, stated above.
