2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 448 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 85 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that one Gulafshan Gulnaj (deceased) was married to the petitioner in the year 2018, she was subjected to cruelty on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It has further been submitted that on 11.12.2025, the informant received information that the deceased was killed by her in-laws.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general

No.32559 of 2026(2) dt.18-05-2026 2/3 and omnibus and that he has annexed the documents of her treatment which will go to show that she was regularly under treatment starting from 24.01.2025 and she was being treated by Neuro Psychiatric. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that she was a Psychiatric patient, she was under depression and she has committed suicide. He has further been submitted that from perusal of the post-mortem report it transpired that only ligature mark was found and no other antemortem injury was found on the person of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further been submitted that it is out and out a case of suicide.

5. The application for regular bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and has submitted that the documents of treatment are fabricated one and post-mortem report shows other injuries on the person of the deceased.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patnacity, Patna/concerned court, in connection with
