2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petitioner's age.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

4. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the petitioner and his family members.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36278 of 2024(3) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is aged about 58 years and there is no specific allegation of dowry demand against the petitioner and main allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Petitioner is separate from the mess and business of the deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2024.

7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

8. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II, Buxar in connection with Sessions Trial No.52 of 2024 arising out of Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 97 of 2023.
