For issuance of writ / order / direction in nature of certiorari quashing the clause 3 (A) (ii) (d & e), 3 (A) III, 3 (A) IV and 3 (A) VI of the Policy Notification dated 6th March 2008 published on 12th March 2008 (Annexure-1) in the Gazette of the Government of Bihar, detailing the Policy Provisions regarding the Bihar Advertisement Policy, 2008. II. For issuance of writ / order / direction in nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to bring the desired change in the Policy Notification in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13805 of 2013(5) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 the light of glaring discrepancy evidenced in the working of the said Notification.

III. For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent State to substitute the aforesaid clauses i.e. 3 (A) (ii) (d & e), 3 (A) III, 3 (A) IV and 3 (A) VI of Bihar Advertisement Policy, 2008, with such clauses, which are in conformity with such equivalent clause provided by the Government of India and other states in the matter of granting/allowing the publication of Newspaper for the Government advertisement based on a certain number of circulation. IV. For issuance of writ / order / direction to the concerned Respondents to restrain from acting in pursuance to the clauses under challenge of the said Notification published by the Government of Bihar in its Gazette on 12th March 2008."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.
