2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.09.2025, there was a specific direction to produce a supplementary affidavit along with supporting documents demonstrating that he is not absconding in the cases pending against him and proof of acquittal of all 29 cases.

3. Counsel further submits that presently, he is not in a position to present the said affidavit and case has been adjourned twice.

4. Since this matter is very old and this Court deems it appropriate that the present bail application be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner that whenever the said material

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32100 of 2025(6) dt.05-12-2025 2/2 shall be available to him, he may move before this Hon'ble Court.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present bail application stands disposed of.
