Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 220 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The specific allegation is alleged against co-accused Shahanshah Kumar. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Moreover, the present first inforamtion report has

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 220 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
