The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition, seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to dispose of the petition dated 19-08-2015 and subsequently, to mutate the name of the petitioner over Municipal Survey Plot No. 827, 967 and 948, Ward No.31, Sheet No.256, 266 and 266 respectively. 3.
