The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barh P.S. Case No.02 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant named the petitioner and four other accused persons and alleged that when he reached near Shiv temple the petitioner and other accused persons made indiscriminate firing. The informant fell down from his motorcycle and fled away leaving his motorcycle but the accused persons took away his motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is omnibus and general allegation against the accused persons. The informant was not injured. The motorcycle has already been

No.29855 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 recovered but it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons that they made indiscriminate firing and petitioner has got criminal antecedent. He is accused in five more criminal cases registered under different sections of the IPC and the Arms Act. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
