Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as directed by this Court on 22.02.2019, the representation preferred by the petitioner has already been disposed of. There is no dispute over this factual position.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

This Court while sitting in contempt jurisdiction is not required to assess the correctness of the order. If so advised, the petitioner may challenge the aforesaid order in an appropriate proceeding.

The contempt petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
