1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

2. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that earlier the case was taken up on 12.05.2022 and thereafter on 30.06.2022 when no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 30.06.2022. Thereafter the case was taken up on 11.08.2022 and the learned counsel was permitted to remove the defects within one week but it appears that till date the defects have not been removed. Learned A.P.P., thus, submits that from the conduct of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that he has lost his interest in the case.
