2. Heard learned counsel for the opposite parties.
3. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 23.08.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5011 of 2006, whereby, a direction was given to the respondents to treat the petitioner to have retired after completion of 60 years of age and pay all the benefits of service till the said age of superannuation.
4. Opposite parties have filed a show cause, wherein,
Patna High Court MJC No.6038 of 2013(4) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 in paragraph nos. 10, 11 & 12 it has been stated that arrears of salary of the petitioner was calculated at Rs. 4,16,125/- and the same has been paid to the petitioner by cheque on 28.04.2022.
5. In view of the above, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the opposite parties.
6. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
