The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of pure suspicion, the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only because it is alleged that he is used to peep through the window of his room at the informant's room, it is alleged that he may have committed the theft of the articles mentioned in the first information report. Considering vague nature of allegation and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above
