2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against the petitioner that he has got service as a Panchayat Teacher on the basis of the forged certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that without taking into account or

No.34975 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/3 asking for the show cause not only the present prosecution was launched against him but on the recommendation of the informant the Employment unit was directed by the D.P.O. Goplaganj to terminate the services of the petitioner and the petitioner was removed from the service Vide Memo No.17 dated 19.07.2023. He submits that similarly situated other coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44548/52019. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner was terminated from the service, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
