2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 354 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is alleged that the petitioner has killed his wife and child.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the wife along with child have committed suicide. He also submits that the parties have settled the dispute. He further submits that the informant has filed a compromise

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30381 of 2025(4) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 petition in the Court below. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that serious allegation has been levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after deposition of the informant is recorded in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
