The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in short is that the petitioner along with other accused persons fired in the stomach of the informant with intention to kill him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have fired which hit the stomach of the informant. From the injury report, it appears that there are two wounds of entry

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018.
