It appears that except confessional statement as well as claim of some witnesses to have seen the petitioner and some others going towards the Khusrupur, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 22.09.2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
