JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Considering the statement of the opposite parties made in paragraphs No. 4 and 6 of their show-cause which is quoted below:- "That the petitioner has already been requested to inform and provide saving band accounts of their siblings bide P.U. letter no. Ac/Pens/390 dated 09.03.2018 and Ac/Pens/767 (A) dated 18.05.2018 so that her sibling may be paid their shares in their respective bank accounts. That the petitioner has not provided yet

The present proceeding is dropped.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach authority in terms of paragraphs No. 4 and 6 of their show-cause, if the statement made therein is not complied. With the aforesaid liberty the present proceeding stands disposed of.
