JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants intercepted the informant and on the point of pistol looted his motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners' name have figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They are in custody since 9.4.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let all the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the
