Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 250 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to local party politics. Specific allegation is against the co-accused Nitish Kumar and nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 250 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
