JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. Petitioner is a doctor. A person has been killed in the hospital owned by petitioner's husband. Till date, no materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

Considering the same, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency that the petitioner shall not be arrested during investigation. The petitioner will cooperate in the investigation. If charge-sheet is submitted against the petitioner, she will have liberty to challenge the cognizance order passed by
