This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Patepur Police Station Case No. 64 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a), 32(ii), 38(ii), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is alleged that 861.84 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the chimney of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2023 and he has one more criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
