The petitioner seeks bail in Baligaon P.S. Case No. 67 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was moving on a motorcycle bearing registration number BR06N-7014 before his death and the same motorcycle was recovered from in front of house of Shankar Paswan. The petitioner was apprehended and disclosed that he purchased the motorcycle from Ravindra Jha and Nakata Sahni on payment of Rs. 15,000/-. The police did not interrogate in pursuance of the disclosure made by the petitioner, and the investigation officer has

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur, Vaishali in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 67 of 2011.
