JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to file a representation before respondent no. 6, the District Programme Officer, Lakhisarai, within a period of four weeks from today, giving all factual details therein.

If such a representation is filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.19548 of 2016(4) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, the District Programme Officer, Lakhisarai, shall be obliged to dispose of the representation by a reasoned order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. At the time of disposal of the representation of the petitioner, if any claim of the petitioner is found admissible, the same shall be paid to him within a period of four weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the present case.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
