In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no.2 are mother-in-law and the husband respectively of the deceased. After the marriage, they were not properly keeping her and used to assault the victim and demanded the money and she died on account of injury.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
