2. The petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 20.08.2018 passed by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in Mahila P.S.Case No.105/2016 for the offence under Sections 376 (ii)(i), 201/34 of IPC and Section 4 and 21 of POCSO Act.

4. On the basis of letter dated 22.08.2025 of the court of Special Judge POCSO-2, Muzaffarpur, the office has reported that the proceeding arising out of the above case has already been disposed of on contest.
