2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Altogether 51.840 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a trolly bag at platform of Samastipur Railway Station.

4. It is submitted on behalf of that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Mahto. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
