This is an application for quashing of the order dated 12.6.2015 passed by the learned Sub-divisional Magistrate, Patna Sadar in Trial No. 1077/2015 (Non-F.I.R.No.22(15) whereby the petitioners have been restrained from constructing, coming and going over the disputed plots under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

A perusal of the prayer made in the petition shows that with the passage of time, it may have become infructuous. However, as no one has appeared, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
