The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in trade of stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
